For bookings more than 14 days in advance a 20% deposit is required and is by the nature of a deposit non-refundable.

Rooms are not held without payment.

The remaining non-refundable cost of the room will be taken approximately 14 days prior to arrival.

We strongly advise that you have holiday insurance as we do not offer this in any form and the terms you booked upon are adhered to without exception.

All rooms become non refundable for the full price 14 days prior to the booking.

Any bookings made via 3rd party sites are paid in full at the time of booking and are non refunable and non adjustable.

It is always cheaper to book direct as we charge a premium to 3rd party sites to reflect the cost they charge us.

We do not accept group bookings of more than 4 people either for rooms or the restaurant.

Please note that check-in is between 4 and 6pm and that breakfast is served at either 8.30 or 9am.

This is rural north wales and is not suitable for those expecting a night life!!  It is a walkers paradise for you to chill out and relax in and escape the hectic life.  Places close early here and it is wise to come with an open mind to adjust to a lifestyle of a bygone era that is definatley not 24/7!
