At the foot of Castle Harlech, Y Branwen nestles below UNESCO World Heritage Town, located within the Snowdonia National Park.
The hotel's position on the northern part of breath-taking Cardigan Bay means there are miles of spectacular sandy beaches, mountains and forests only a few minutes walk away.
The train station is a few moments walk and can take you to nearby Barmouth or Porthmadog along the stunning coastal line. At Porthmadog you can change onto the Heritage Railways to explore Snowdonia.
Snowdon itself is within sight on a fine day, but there are a vast array of other splendours to visit in the area, indeed you can spend days just walking from the hotel itself in the hills above Harlech or our famous 5 mile long sandy beach.
The Royal St. David's Golf Course is directly opposite the hotel, so teeing off early or finishing the 19th hole late couldn't be easier.
Alongside the hotel's 7 bedrooms is a restaurant, bar, private dining room and off-street car park.
Dogs are welcome in both the bar and all of the bedrooms.
